A New Paradigm in Exploring Semantic Priming, Rice University, 2005 - Present
• Developed a new paradigm to solve the methodological problems
of previous procedures and conducted a series of six experiments to
explore the persistence of semantic priming effect
An Analysis of Teacher Evaluation Surveys, Rice University, 10/2005 – 12/2005
• Examined data of teacher evaluations collected at Rice University over the
past four years and constructed a lens model to determine which cues are
most important for overall teacher effectiveness
Perception Difference of Risk Scenarios between senior and junior employees, Peking University, 09/2003-02/2005
• Interviewed senior employees (managers) for risk scenarios experienced
at work and conducted a survey among junior employees using
standardized scenarios
